Delivery
All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet brown packaging with no indication of the contents. All parcels are sent using a recorded and insured service. This means your order will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours.
UK Delivery
- Royal Mail: If you are not at home, your parcel will be held at your local depot for 7 days for collection. After this, it will be returned to us.
Delivery time: 1–3 working days. Prices from £4.65. - DPD Courier: If you are not at home, your parcel will be held at your local depot for 5 days for collection. After this, it will be returned to us.
Delivery time: 1–2 working days. Prices from £8.80.
Europe Delivery
- Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: Used for parcels under 2kg.
- DPD Courier International: Used for parcels over 2kg.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days. Prices from £7.50.
Rest of World Delivery
- Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: Used for parcels under 2kg.
- DPD Courier International: Used for parcels over 2kg.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days. Prices from £9.99.
BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
- Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days. Prices from £4.65.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with any enclosed documentation.
- Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service.
- The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, unless the goods are faulty.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is issued.
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items once they have been opened, used, or if any seals have been broken:
- Sex toys and intimate products
- Lingerie and clothing
- Lubricants, oils, and consumables
- Cosmetics and body care items
- Any other products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds & exchanges
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either:
- Issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge), or
- Send a replacement/exchange, if preferred.
